Actualy Cell matching is a better Idea. Run each indicidual cell
theorgh several Charge adn Discharge cucles and them seperate them into
as closly Matched capacities as possable.
Whne I worked at the VA Medical Center they Griped at the prices paid
for the Battery packs used i nthe Super Critical Life Saving equipment.
BUT that wasx becaeu we paid MORE for an Extra Selective Cell matched
Battery pack.
