Thanks, Bruce. While I've never (seldom enough to be "never")
defined the page size, I read the several replies about that. I
violated one of my own rules and posted my thoughts on the subject
(above) _before_ trying my solution. I found I was wrong! You can
have global margins narrowier than Column margins and WP will adjust
accordingly with no problems.
