As the son of parents who are involved in a computer copyright lawsuit,
it's not difficult to prove much, given all the e-mail records, files,
disks, etc,etc.
If you have e-mails saying "Now this code could do a lot of damage ", you could probably pin people easily.
But also as the son of parents in a legal battle, nothing can be taken at
all for granted in the crappy legal system, and nothing is clearer than
cloudy ammonia (if that)...
This is the Australian legal system though...
