Well the city of Saint Petersburg has stuck again :-(
Saw them pouring concrete curbs 18 inches from the sidewalk
and excavating in the middle of one side of the street.
So I think to myself what's the stupidest thing the city can be doing?"

Yep, they planted trees right in those creations that extend a third
of the way into the lane on one side of the street.
I believe there are 4 or 5 of them between 1st Ave. N and 5th Ave.
