Only inside the US or while visiting countries will similar levels of
brutality e.g. Burma or the PRC.

Which is a nice group to find as one's "holiday choices".

Also it means that the State Dept etc can't go on about such things in
other countries anymore e.g. "Cuba is nasty because
....welll....they...ummmm.....don't let people vote....."
