The main question is this:

Do the Allies want to be in dodge when the Sciri house cleaning starts?

It will happen & it won't be pretty & there will be in effect 3
parts to Iraq by the end of it each where the real "on the
ground" power is "local".

Then maybe the Iraqi mil will be able to reform properly but hey maybe you
will see 3 armies.
