That is a change in attitude then.  But is that because of 9/11 or

I forgot about that element but now that you mention it that definetly was
mentioned.  The line was to avoid the "enhanced" security and the delays it
caused.  Time is money, yadda, yadda, yadda.

 Or more but that's definetly a major complaint.  There was talk about some
preapproved card, or something like that, whereby presentation would permit
bypassing all the hassel.  I don't know what happened with that.
