 This is called "Shark-teeth". It is Qedit and there isn't anything you
 can do other than write a complex script. HOWEVER, you are in luck..
 because you are smart enough to use Terminate 1.51, you deserve to know
 about TMNice 2.3. It is a tagline handler and reply handler which gives
 you complete tagline control AND quotes your reply, dealing with the
 "shark-teeth". Heck, just look at this reply. I used TMNice! It is
 available on most bbses that carry Term151. Also, you can get support
 for it in the TERMINAT echo. Hope this helps!
