    In todays world that we live in, with all of the knowledge for a persons
personal records, I would probably not post that the ID is a part of the 
social
security number. It would be better to have the persons 7 digit phone number
instead. Cause, Finding the first 2 digits of a ss# would be a snap. All I
would have to do is to ask you in what state did you apply for your SS# and
Bingo.
