It's *possible* that you're thinking of the Walter "bi-fuel" rocket engines - T-Stoff plus Z-Stoff was the "bi-fuel". T-Stoff was their naming for Hydrogen Peroxide plus additional water. Z-Stoff was Calcium Permanganate solution. That was combined with the H2O2 in the thrust chamber to produce the thrust. It wasn't too stable. :( [hack] AS>> (I used to work with Stentor engined items and other bits for a AS>> number of years .....) AS>> ! It's a US company, isn't it? Charles has given you a reasonably useful URL. But it wasn't a US company :) TTFN, Archie --- CrossPoint/FreeXP v3.40 RC3 R* Origin: Templar's Refuge #2 (2:250/501.11) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 250/501 140/1 106/2000 633/267 |
