Actually, that is the way it worked when I was doing the lookup. And it
was for that very reason: if you have to make public the question but
don't want to tip your hand as to the real question, you ask an innocuous
question and then, following the answer, cry out "Supplementary
question, Mr. Speaker." At that point the fun begins.
