Quoting Vladimir Carlos to Lewin Edwards

LE>Pascal is going strong. It always was, and probably always will be,
LE>'the' standard language for teaching purposes, and since there are a
LE>lot of very powerful implementations of Pascal (cf Turbo Pascal et al)
LE>available, a significant amount of shareware and even commercial
LE>software is produced with it.

VC>That's good news to hear... but I just went to several bookstores the
VC>other day... not a single Pascal Book to be found. Everything was
VC>either C++ or Visual Basic.
Have you looked in Dymocks? I haven't been there for a while, but I think
they've got a few on Pascal (though not as many as C) in the George St store.
I'd imagine there'd be quite a few on Delphi, because it's apparently
becoming very popular with Windows programmers.
