Wait to see the next ROM....if they run their 2864's like the 1496 models 
they spit ROMs out every other week.  About the hayse thing, I heard that 
they know and that they are working on a fix as we speak....I work in the 
investment area where I live and if you were a client I'd tell you to 
hold....I figure the new rom is less than a few weeks away...about the USR 
thing...you'll have to wait a few weeks for the rom...no more I 
suspect...you'll have to wait 6 weeks for the modem..sysop deal....phone 
ZyXEL to see what they are doing and how long will it take...1-800-255-4101
I think you'll be happier in the long run....way happier.
