Content-type: text/plain Today wasn't much better. Prices didn't fall quite as much, but today volume skyrocketed to +30% above average! No question, my formula calls this a "distribution" day. The Street doesn't want to hold stocks. What do they know that we don't? Can I say "I told you so" now? Technically, prices are just above the support line I had pencilled in that was a resistance line early in 2004. And it doesn't look like it's slowing down any. That's OK, these things aren't real, I'm just using it as a point of comparison. It's just another thing that's useful to raise awareness, to alert me that something is going on. "Do ya' think?" It looks like the 200-day Moving Average is even in danger. That's going to get the attention of a lot of the market analysts that use "technical analysis". It's widely perceived as a Bearish signal. If I did though, well, I might use something like this. (Be warned!! It tends to whipsaw around signal points!)
