Clicking MB1 and MB2 together over any folder background or the desktop, or a 
simple [CTRL-ESC] just about anywhere will bring up the window list, from 
which you can select any running app. Double-click MB1 over any folder  
background or the desktop will bring the launchpad up to the top.
