     Dean said something about that with the overdrive on, it shifts too much 
and overheats and wears itself out.
     With our older (1988) GMC, we never left it on as it would shift and 
shift and shift in the hills.  I figured it had a lot to do with the V6 as 
the Dodge doesn't do it.
