Well I am glad you give your driving priority.  However some
people get so wrapped up in their phone call they haven't got a
clue what the traffic is doing and it shows.
A hands free at least lets you have both hands free while driving
and you don't have to wory about dropping the phone and the call
if traffic gets busy.
