Hallo All,
Another question. In my efforts te make a Remote Software Update to Fixpak 32
I had to download UNZIP.DLL from
ftp://service.boulder.ibm.com/ps/products/os2/rsu/unzip.dll.
The ftp service tells me that the file has a size of 89 KB. However what I
do, and which download procedure I follow (ftp command, pmftp, Webexplorer,
Netscape) the number of characters I receive is 84480. Every procedure
results in an incomplete action..... that is, the program is waiting for an
end signal until the dialer logs off because of zero activity.
My questions:
Is the 89 KB an incorrect entry in the volume table of contents and is the
84480 the correct number of characters?
Do other persons have the same experience and how do you handle that.
