Hi Jim.. nice to hear from you again... I've been busy over the summer so
I haven't been to active aside from reading...
Thanks for the information, I'll have to digest it... likely will email you
if I have any problems...
If I didn't say before, the information is for a project of the Interior
Space and Science Centre in Vernon BC... There are some programs aimed at
strengthening relations with schools here, and we are trying to include more
that relate to NA views of the world... and it will be available to all
roups
That is why both practical and mythical perspectives are needed...
eg... we have a skylore presentation for our mobile planetarium... which
has a Native American version... I'm concerned that it be accurate... both
in general (there are lots of First Nations out there, likely each has
versions) and that it be balanced... Did NA's navigate by the stars? etc.
Needless, I would also like stuff that is not related just to astronomy...
And I know this is not the place to present it... but appreciate the chance
to follow offered pointers...
Thanks for your help... Doug
