The crew of Styllex Tuning Rally Team - Jozef Bére jr. and Petr Starý
resigned the competition in the 6th measured session. It was happened in
the 12 km of S.S. when the car have left the track and got stuck in a snow
barrier. The crew and three organisers did not get non-damaged car back on
the track. There was no spectator so the crew could not continue in the
competition.


Jozef Bére jr. - The driver: "We were taken out into the barrier in a
right-curved turn, in which we were stood by hitting bottom of a car so the
wheels had not contact with the surface. We tried to get back on the track
but it was impossible for us. We wanted to improve our last-year position
in this competition, I am sorry of that."


Petr Starý - The Co-driver: "It happened in a part, where it was small
amount of snow and only asphalt surface was there, on which sport winter
tire with nails did not hold us. Unluckily, there was no spectator, who
certainly helps us to get our car back to the track. It is one of dangers
of this competition and many others paid for this. This is the other side
of rally competition."


Whole team with the crew will stay in Sweden tomorrow, where the track will
be secured and they will test whole day. They will utilize difficult
conditions of this-year rally and they will get through next necessary
kilometres in the competitive WRC car.
