You might have your avian vet check his calcium level. As you hopefully know, 
greys require more calcium than other birds. The first signs of a calcium 
deficiency may be the waving, trouble perching and, ultimately, seizures. 
It's a good idea for grey owners to have annual calcium checks on their birds 
anyway.
