Being that no one has answered my question, it means one of three things: no 
one know how, it is not possible, or I haven't waited long enough.
BTW, my questions were how to load a picture into a program and how to play 
music in c++ (or c).
I have one question related to this.  Is it just plain possible to do these 
things?
Does anyone know how to just play music in c/c++?
