Just a couple ounces, and it was more manly
beer than you're used to, so a couple ounces
less wouldn't do you any harm. The main thing
was the bathroom threshold smelling like booze.

Some of my friends have truly astonishing
hearing aids - one went from being profoundly
deaf to having a decent career as a horn
player (Boston Pops, Opera, etc.).

Title: CHOCOLATE-COVERED BANANA POPS

Yield: 9 Pops
3 lg Ripe bananas
9 Wooden popsicle sticks
12 oz HERSHEY'S Chocolate Chips
-(Semi-Sweet)
2 tb Shortening*
1 1/2 c Unsalted, roasted peanuts
-(coarsely chopped)
*(do not use butter, margarine or oil)
1. Peel bananas; cut each into thirds. Insert wooden stick into each
banana piece; place on wax-paper-covered tray. Cover; freeze until firm.
2. In microwave-safe container, place chocolate chips and shortening.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is melted
and mixture is smooth when stirred.
3. Remove bananas from freezer just before dipping. Dip each piece into
warm chocolate, covering completely; allow excess to drip off.
Immediately roll in peanuts. Cover; return to freezer. Serve frozen. 9
pops.
VARIATION: HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Chips or HERSHEY'S MINI CHIPS
Semi-Sweet Chocolate may be substituted for HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet
Chocolate Chips.
