With some time spent reading reviews, I'm persuaded YOU can be persuaded
by some carefully done reviews, which pay attention to performance and
electrical efficiency.  I wish that sometime-Consumer-Reports-style, the
review summarized the $$ saving compared to other PS.s. But one can't
have it all. These seem carefully done reviews. Note brands we never
heard of, because they don't advertise much with Ziff.

[I write "sometime" because CR has of the last several years
differentiated products for energy efficiency with trivial differences
in use, eg $900-$1500 refrigerators whose estimated consumption varied
across brands by a maximum of $15 annually.]

Yes, good point.  But it has been suggested to get PSUs near the 10
times difference.
