It's something like this area, there seems to be 2 of them. :) There must be
some reason for that but I don't know what it is.

If I remember right, at one time FDN_ANNOUNCE was only for the FDN hatch site
to post new files in their FDN and anyone who wanted to announce new files
could use FIDO-REQ. I'm not sure about ALLFIX_FILES, I have never carried it
here since I'm about new filed out.. :)

I think it is good to know who has what in case anyone is looking for
something.
