I don't get Fox News tv so I can only assume (from his observation) that
Bill O'Reilly is the kind of person that appears at 3:00am opposite all
those infomercials and so I'm surprised that anyone actually noticed he'd
said it.  OTOH, maybe it's just a ploy on his part to get his program moved
to a different time slot.
