Every indication is that the Marines will move sooner rather
than later on Carlos' Medal of Honor recommendation. Eyewitnesses report
they have submitted the requested after action reports; and have agreed
to testify under oath. Thanks to all who assisted this worthwhile
effort; and keep the pressure on.
        I hope everyone saw the Editorial in "Precision Shooting". That
should generate a few letters and phone calls. Keep up the good work!
