Since my BBS (ATARI STAR WARS) is a "Message Based BBS ONLY" I really have no
concerns about up-loads/down-loads. I am awaiting repair of my two 1 meg
MIO's to be able to again use my 120 meg Hard Drive.

Until then I am stuck with using floppy drives, so there is no way to allow
for uploads/downloads, so I allow ALL baud rate callers. I have a lot of
young kids who have just gotten their ATARI's for the first time. I have
personally handed some of the kids their first XM-301 or Atari 1030 modem.
Now why in the world would I exclude them from calling my board? Hahaha You
all had some valid points in your boards.

I however will never stop a 300 baud caller from logging on. I however would
not place my values upon anyone else. I feel each sysop should run his/her
own board as they see fit.

It's nice to have any ATARI board up and running, and it's also nice to see
an IBM board with an ATARI NET.
