->  Actualy Cell matching is a better Idea. Run each indicidual cell
->  theorgh several Charge adn Discharge cucles and them seperate them into
->  as closly Matched capacities as possable.

I do that as well.
Sometimes they can even be brought close together with
the "zapper" I built, 60k uF 75 volt capacitor charged through
a current limiting resistor it could clear internal shorts.
Charged to around 50 volts per zap.

-> Whne I worked at the VA Medical Center they Griped at the prices paid
-> for the Battery packs used i nthe Super Critical Life Saving equipment.
-> BUT that wasx becaeu we paid MORE for an Extra Selective Cell matched
-> Battery pack.
