First off, PB3.2 doesn't have a DOS extender. It is able to use EMS/XMS
during the compile, or virtual memory on-disk, so that source size is no
limit to compilation, or EXE size, for that matter. But to access
EMS/XMS from your program, you'll have to code it yourself or use a
library.
Next, the OS/2 version appears to still be in progress, according to
comments from the tech support staff (Dave Navarro), but I think "soon"
is overstating it.
