Who is this Bob Watson clown and why is he posting rules in the NASCAR 
CONTEST echo? Have you given up the running of this deal? 

If the Race Net yahoos are involved here - I'm gone. I abandoned the 
other racing echoes where their drivel is gated in (all I ever saw were 
"ain't we great" press releases from race teams) because it is all noise 
and no discernible signal. Remember - quantity does _not_ denote 
quality.
