Well, did you fetched a quite new version? If you do so, you need an
additional environment, called 'unixroot' and a large number of dll's.

No, rsync works in his own directory. Take a look in your inbound. I sent
you my setup and files with the needed dlls. Just extract, and run one of
the rexx-scripts.
