    I didn't build it, I bought it for believe it or not,
    about  60.00
    It came with cement block and wood  frame
    just 2 wood boards and several fancy blocks,
    plus gravel, filters, and other stuff,
    it was well built, with  glass slats cemented in in a
    cross hatch pattern at top, 2 cemented along the top front and back
    sides, cemented to left and right sides  with 2 cemented over and on
    top  from front to back sides.  lika a # but turn it sidesway.
