You can use synchronet as a telnet client or go to the authors website for 
Renegade and get vr32. I have been unable to get vr32 to work under my win98 
first edition, but it does work for win98 second edition and above. I am 
currently useing synchronet as my telnet client with my Renegade BBS and I 
have a file on my BBS that tells you step by step on how to do it.
