As one of the current RG authors, RG as of right now does not have it's own 
internal telnet server, BUT we do have a copy bundled with GameSRV (which is 
free), and thus makes RG telnetable.  RG is still DOS, but a win32 is in the 
works -- FAR OFF -- but in the works.

Built in Offline Mail QWK system.  With the help of RENEMAIL able to toss 
FidoNet *.MSG messages into the BBS without a hitch.
