Around here if any field gets mowed close, some idiot puts up soccer goal 
posts.  Then it sits there unused and unusable for 80 percent of the year.  
And if you try to move the goal posts to the side, the soccer folks brings 
the county and the lawyers down on you.
Can't wait to leave this area.  It is liberalism in it's purest form!
