Howdy!

My Wife puts left-over Mashed Potatoes into a Tupperware container and
keeps it in the refrigerator to make "Potato Cakes" the next day.

She adds some Flour to some of the left-over Mashed Potato's,

Pats some of the mixture in Her hands to make it Flat and puts in it the
Frying Pan on the Range to Cook some of them.

It ain't Pancakes, IT'S Potato Cakes!

Any other ideas for left-over Mashed Potatoes?
