If a DISC frame is received then it's the correct way to cause a GSTN
cleardown.  That's what DISC frames are for

Your lucky.  The current default on ZoomV34 is not to cleardown after a
DISC frame is received until after 20secs.  The Zoom should set s38=5

Ask your uplink to hook into Zoom (gated with Zoom_Modem in r25) if he/she
