 I think the answer is no, but I'll ask anyway.

 There's any BBS software for Windows with full telnet support? with
QWK/BW/OFFLINE mail integrated? with full FidoNet support?

 SynchroNet is great but I don't like a lot how it supports FidoNet, I
preffer a BBS with jam, hudson, ... message base support.

 EleBBS is great but it has no OFFLINE mail integrated. Mystic is also
great but I think is similar to EleBBS.

 What about other software like WWIV, Lora, Renegade, ...?

 I want to open a new BBS next month and I'm not sure about the software. I
think I'll try with EleBBS.
