Well for you users of MS-Mail (mircosoft):
There is a active E-Mail virus.  The Marco Virus takes advantage of 
the fact that MS Mail uses a version of Word, and the virus will 
Mail copies of it self to users listed in you E-Mail address book 
with out user intervention.
