Can we negotiate with the Borg?  I find it difficult to believe that one
Borg aboard one little lost Federation ship will suddenly alter the
entire relationship between the collective and the Federation.  And
there is still the question of the HughBorg and the LoreBorg - they're
still out there, somewhere, and no one knows which way they'll go or
what they'll do.
