 If there's one thing I don't do is BS. I haven't the foggiest on how to get
 him but at the UMK 3 Machine in Chateauguay, Que. You can take him. I think
 you have to finish the game with Ermac or something like that, (It's one
 of the ninjas). But he has all of Reptile's moves. He's just colored Purple, 
 called Rain and seems to be a bit faster to me, like he's running all the
 time. You're right, he's just something to make people pump quarters into
 machines, but he's a character. So there's no BS here (He could be another
 screw-up like Ermac in MK 2).
