I am a deputy principal in a small (200 students, 18 teaching staff) high
school in Queensland. My teachers are involved in many management committees
that plan and monitor the operations of the school. They are also heavily
involved in co-curricular activities and their all important tasks of
preparation and teaching.
How can all these activities be best organised?
I am seeking ideas, hints, research, successful structures that relate to
management / organisational structures in small high schools.
