KH~Rob, do you know of any free ISPs that are still operating in the
  ~Winnipeg area?

Winnipeg is a Long way from me.. but a Google search turned up
a few free services in the 204 area code.

If you have a problem getting Internet access to do so let me
know and I'll try to get some more info to post here for you..

They list the following providers as having some sort of free access..

dotNow,  Juno  and  NetZero    (All Windows Only)
One listed as 'Cheap' is arcZip and supports Linux and others..

Needless to say (I hope) free services don't rank real high in
customer ratings. In most things you get what you pay for..    B)
