Hello All !
I completed my first century ride at the Hotter N Hell 100 last
month. It was also my first event on my new Diamondback Expert.
The hills were tough. (I've only got a few overpasses in my
area). I really enjoyed the entire weekend and plan on
participating next year. The only ill after effect of the
ride was extreme numbness in both of my hands. I constantly
changed hand positions during the ride and flexed my fingers
to attempt to ward it off without success. In fact, I haven't
completely recovered as of yet. My fingers still tingle and
I haven't regained full control over my fingers. Should I be
panicking? I was advised of special gel filled gloves that
should solve the problem. Anyone else out there with a
simular problem?
