Hi Sandy,
You may wish to post a question with your hardware listed as well as
version of OS/2 in OS2HW. There should be a way to get more than 16
colors in OS/2. Both the Trident 8900C I used when I first installed
Warp, and the Cirrus Logic GD5428 chipset card I have now have allowed
more than 16 colors. The Trident was more difficult to switch though,
as I had to go through the selective install to change resolutions. The
Cirrus Logic lets me do so from my system object.
Anyway, I hope you are successful, and thus more happy with OS/2. I
finally started working with Windows 95 at work, and am of the opinion
that it is a very good looking, but essentially brain dead system.
