        The only thing I object to is your statement that the NRA is
        actively working to destroy the 2nd amendment. I was *asked* to
        run for the BOD of NRA *BECAUSE* of my past work in defense of
        the Second Amendment. I agreed because I think NRA needs help;
        and a BOD that is absolutely "NO COMPROMISE". EP

        indication that your love of freedom is any greater than anyone
        else around here. Certainly, I have seen no evidence you are
        doing any more to defend freedom than all the rest of us. What I
        have seen is a willingness to deride the work NRA is doing; and
        a tendency to define for me what I believe, and then attack your
        own definition. I'm willing to discuss the issue in civil terms;
        and I won't try to define your beliefs for you. Fair enough? EP

        Once again; you are confusing me with someone else. I haven't
        mentioned "friends" except in response to your statements. As
        long as gunowners are working somewhere; doing something; to
        defend their rights, that's all I ask. I don't expect them to be
        perfect; I don't expect them to be effective; I don't expect
        them to follow anyone else's agenda; I don't expect them to join
        any particular group; I just expect them to be involved. AND I
        expect them to refrain from overt attacks upon others involved
        on our side, just because they think a different tactic is the
        most effective. *THAT'S* what I believe. For me, working with
        the NRA is the best possible way to defend our rights. If you
        disagree, that's fine. If you think GOA is the best way to go,
        have a ball. As long as you don't attack friendly forces, you
