It is a socket A mother board that comes with a 1.6GHz duron.

you need to add memory and I don't know if you can drive the video, 
audio, or lan connections onthe momma board.  The video also uses main 
memory to do its thing.  This slows it down alot.

If you cant drive anything on the motherboard, then you have to add the 
cost of that component.  Also, duron is the slowest of the processors 
this board can take.  This board doesn't use recent tech.
