Verizon tech support has always been a joke. I really can't blame the person
on the phone. They really do try to be
helpful. But if you only have "cheat-sheets" and flow charts to answer
questions. It really don't do much good.

Just ask them what a sysop is??  or a BBS??

Boy will you get that "deer in head lights look" :=)

Again while service isn't perfect, I continue to use more than one updating
service. I hate to speak bad about darktech
especially since I use to be a FREE user and much like going to some one's
house and eating for FREE. You shouldn't
insult the cook about the food if you're not paying for it.

thebbs.org has also been flakey at times and that's why I just recently
added no-ip.com.
