I don't think that's what he meant. There are a lot of fixpacks coming out 
for Warp - and that's one of the main differences to Windows. IBM has a lot 
of commercial costumers that do not want to change their platform just 
because a new release is coming out. In fact you can upgrade your 4 year old 
Warp 3.0 to almost 4.0 (do that with Windows!). One of the latest fixpacks is 
26, as far as I know. Probably you can get this one from someone (its free, 
but some 10 diskettes or so).
